可控硅输出光耦适合用于控制交流负载。东芝提供具有400V、600V和800V重复关闭状态峰值正向电压(VDRM)的可控硅输出光耦,VDRM=400V的光耦适用于100V交流负载应用,VDRM=600V和800V的光耦适用于200V交流负载应用。您可以选择非零交叉(NZC)可控硅输出光耦用于对可控硅的硬件相位进行控制,或选择零交叉(ZC)可控硅输出光耦用于降低开关噪声。
* 1:可提供间隙和爬电距离为8mm的DIP6和DIP4封装。
欲订购其它具有8mm保证间隙和爬电距离封装的光耦,请在器件型号后添加后缀F,例如:TLP3062F
* 2:5mm用于SO6封装;4mm用于MFSOP6封装
* 3:TLP168J和TLP3064仅提供3mA的IFT。
