特点

Spectrum Microwave's Attenuator products are offered in both Digital and Voltage Variable configurations. Formerly the product line from Amplifonix, Digital Attenuators are available in frequency ranges from 10 to 2000 MHz. Integrated TTL drivers simplify system integration. Choose either PIN Diode or GaAs FET based switching, depending upon switching speed requirements. Digital attenuation steps are available from 0.1 dB to 63.5 dB. When voltage variable gain control is required, Voltage Variable Attenuators (VVAs) are available in frequency ranges from 5 to 2000 MHz.

Linearizers

When coupled with a TG9001 (or smiliar Voltage Variable Attenuator), Linearizers change the attenuation versus control voltage curve to a linear function. Available in a 5 pin TO-8 and 12 pin TO-8B as well as Flatpacks, Surface Mount Packages and Connectorized Housings.

Mainly used for extracting geophone signaling pathways useful signal, widely used in RF circuit detection.

特点

Spectrum Microwave produces temperature compensated detectors, which operate from 10 MHz to 2 GHz. Analog/Level Detectors convert a range of RF input powers (typically from -20 dBm to +10 dBm) to a corresponding DC output voltage level. Threshold Detectors, using an external resistor or threshold voltage, output a TTL compatible signal when the RF level exceeds the preset threshold.

Packed full of standard features, our complete line of free running DRO designs operate from 500 MHz to 21.5 GHz, with "modified standard" units available in all frequencies from HF to Ku band. When your circuit design requires amplitude compression, Spectrum Microwave delivers the RF limiting function with its line of RF limiting amplifiers. These amplifiers are useful for protecting subsequent components from input overdrive and removing amplitude modulation from FM signals.

Spectrum Microwave offers receiver protection for frequencies from 5 MHz to 1000 MHz. With input power levels up to +26 dBm, use as a clean-up limiter with higher power limiters or stand-alone for lower power requirements. The limiting levels can be adjusted by varying the bias voltage

	Gold Substrate Film yields Lower Loss and enhances Phase Noise Performance. We use Bipolar Transistors to achieve Low Phase Noise and High Output Power. Ceramic and Metal Construction provides Low Junction Temperatures, Higher MTBF, and Wider Temperature Operating Range. We integrate a unique Low Pass Filter for Superior Harmonic Performance.
